Room Reservations in the Reta E King Library

Chadron State College Students, Faculty, or Staff can reserve rooms in the Library building for meetings, study sessions, or instruction.

Rooms can be reserved directly by faculty or staff with an Outlook account.  Below the date and time for the meeting, 'search for a room or location' using, for example, "Library 111" or other room number. The calendar for that room will tell you if it is available at the time you want to schedule your meeting.

Collaborative Work Stations

The Library has 10 collaborative work stations that may be used by faculty, staff and students anytime they are open. Tables are white boards. Each station can seat 5 or 6 maximum. The first 7 of those stations have been set up with Air Server capability. This technology works great for faculty teaching students in small group sessions. These 7 stations can be reserved for classes by contacting Shawn Hartman at shartman@36837a.com.
